Due to poor weather conditions in the Tomatin area, works to reposition the Tomatin junction and link road has been postponed by 1 week.
Overnight temporary traffic signals will be now on 26 February and the junction and new link road will be opened on 27 February.
Please be aware that we are repositioning the Tomatin junction from the A9 and relocating the Tomatin bus stops to the bus turning circle near Tomatin Distillery.
What you need to know:
A new temporary junction for Tomatin will open on Friday 27 February, located 400 metres south of the current Tomatin junction.
This temporary arrangement will remain in place until late 2026. Residents and visitors should continue using the existing Tomatin junction until
20 February.
These works are weather dependent and may be subject to change.
