Dr Andy McGregor, Chair of Strathnairn Stargazing Group & Julie Macrae, Project Advisor with Strathnairn Community Council (supporting the local Community), were interviewed by Jennifer Bowey at the BBC.  The interview mainly focused on the Planning Side, ahead of the Highland Council considering the adoption of a regional Dark Skies Policy tomorrow in the Council’s Chamber. .
